Shipping Policy

All prints are shipped flat and double boxed, or in a heavy-duty 4" diameter tube (depending on print size), individually sealed in clear sleeves for their protection. This unfortunately raises your shipping costs but give your art investment the best odds of reaching you undamaged.

Please know that we process orders as quickly as possible, however, depending on the volume of orders it may take 2 to 10 days to ship. Please be patient as each order is printed in-house and personally inspected, signed, and packaged by Paul.

Returns-Refunds

Please choose your artwork and books carefully as we do not accept returns or refunds - All items are final sale. If you have any questions about your purchase prior to ordering, please contact us - we're happy to help.

Damaged Artwork or Books

We take every precaution to secure your order to keep it undamaged but cannot control how the products that leave the studio will be treated upon shipping. If you notice damage upon unpacking your product(s), contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the product was damaged in transit, we will try and find a solution to replace it in a timely manner.
